Allah says I am with you if…. by Nisaar Y. Nadiadwala

Who doesn’t want Allah to be with him ?
If Allah is with you, then  you don’t need any help from his creation in what so ever crises you are going through.
Let me guide  you to Allah with the help of Qur’an, Surah Maidah verse 12 :
Allah did afore time promised the Bani Israel saying :

“I am with you, If you”:

1. Establish Regular Prayer : Remember, establishing regular prayer includes performing wudho properly, praying in congregation if you are men, and focusing in
worship, and also making your family be  regular and punctual in praying.

It is not that you get up for  fajr and quitely walk down wearing your  cap to masjid and not even switich on the lights of the room to wake up your family. See how it is explained in the Qur’an itself : Command prayers on your  family and be constant therein…
2. Practice regular charityThe Arabic word is Zakat. It includes that one has to
be very particular while calculating zakat least he under estimates or under calculates his power of wealth. Besides zakah  if you are generous you can  go for extra charity too as per the need arising by paying some one’s medical bills or house rent of a widow and all that.

Hadithul Qudsi says :
A worshipper comes closer to me through his extra ( nawafil ) acts..
3. Believe in my Messengers , honour and assit themWe all claim to  believe
in the Prophet (peace be upon him),but are our beliefs as firm as it should be ?  For example, if the prophet speaks about a virtue of any act, do we hurry upon it  and be regular in it and particular about it ?

Make a list  of the recommended deeds  by the Prophet peace be upon him and see how many of  you do  it with enthusiasm…..?
We all claim to honour  our Prophet peace be upon him but isn’t obedience an act of honour?
List  all the acts that you do which is forbiden by the  Prophet and  count the numbers...Do we assist the Prophet? Do we spread his teachings by learning, by acting and by preaching? How many have you spread? From the basic lessons of Touhid to raising up a kid.. How many sunnah do we observe ? How many supplications of day to day have we learnt Or care to learn? What else is assisting if not  following  the deen that he has brought?
4. And loan to Allah a beautiful loan : What is a beautiful Loan ?
Surah Imran explains it...Those who spend whether in prosperity or in adversity…verse 134… When your bank account is over flowing, you dream of buying luxury and so do your family and when you bank account is dry,  you fear poverty when  you have to help some one .. Spend at that time and it is a beautiful loan…to Allah..
Above all …”Allah is with those who are patient” : All the above deeds need extreme patience for one to remain stead fast and continue doing them…and as Allah says .. “seek help in Allah through saabr and prayers..” but He adds… “Inna ha kabiratun illa alal Khasiheen.. it is indeed hard except upon those who are humble…”
